The larger Oxfordshire market town of Banbury is located just 6 miles to the south east of the land which also provides easy access to the M40. Directions From Warmington head west out of the village and join the B4100 Banbury Road heading south. After approximately ½ mile turn right at the grass triangle and follow the road past the commercial buildings and campsite on the right hand side. The land is located at the end of the farm track.
