The cottage provides excellent accommodation with beautiful features such as quarry tiled flooring and exposed timber beams. The accommodation to the ground floor comprises a good sized kitchen/breakfast room with a large solid fuel range, country style oak fitted units, space for a free standing cooker and plenty of room for a kitchen table and chairs. The kitchen leads to a cloakroom and hall which has access to the exterior of the property. There is a separate dining room for more formal dining, the beautifully presented sitting room has a large wood burning stove set within an attractive stone inglenook fireplace. Rising to the first floor, the spacious landing is full of light and leads to the three bedrooms. The dual aspect master bedroom benefits from a shower en suite. The two further bedrooms are of good proportions, each having a wash basin. There is also a family bathroom.

This property has 23 acres of land.

The track is about a quarter of a mile long and is set amongst the woods belonging to the property. The mature woodlands provide a mix of conifer trees with natural vegetation and a stream running through the grounds.

Outbuildings There are two good sized outbuildings, an excellent timber triple garage and an open fronted timber carport both having a room above. The outbuildings could provide excellent further accommodation subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
