Situation

Situated on Mersea Island on the east coast of Essex, set amidst beautifully private landscaped gardens and grounds, adjoining the Church of St Edmund King and Martyr. Mersea Island is some 10 miles to the south east of Colchester and 75 miles from London and is attached to the mainland by the Strood.

There are two parts to the island, this being East and West.
