The impressive dual aspect drawing room forms part of the additions (2012) with exposed oak beams, Clearview stove and two sets of doors to the garden. The traditional entrance hall with wooden flooring, beams and inglenook fireplace with log burning stove leads to the recently added kitchen/dining room. The floor to ceiling glass windows create a contemporary space with views over the garden.
The new kitchen is fitted with a number of units including a belfast sink, induction hobs, interegrated dishwasher and oak worktops.
Upstairs is the principal bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite bathroom. Two further bedrooms are serviced by the family bathroom.
Further space is provided by the studio above the triple garage, currently bedroom 4 with kitchen and separate bathroom.
This property has 1.2 acres of land.
Cam Green Cottage is accessed via a five bar gate opening onto a gravel driveway which leads to the triple garage and provides ample parking and turning for several vehicles. The extensive gardens are mainly laid to lawn with an abundance of specimen and mature trees and shrubs, flower and herbaceous borders. The well maintained gardens also benefit from a timber office and an oak framed loggia. Part of the garage is currently used as an exercise studio.
Cam Green Cottage is situated in Greatham village which is well served by a church, public house and primary and nursery schools.
