Directions

From Exeter, take the A38/Devon Expressway heading south, and continue for 25 miles. Take the A3121 exit towards Ermington/Modbury/ Yealmpton, and then at the junction, turn left onto the A3121/Kingsbridge Road. After a mile, continue straight ahead at the junction onto the B3196. Continue for 10.5 miles, into Bigburyon- Sea, turning right away from the beach onto Parker Drive, and then right again onto Cleveland Drive. You will find Avocet on your right-hand side.
