Cambridge, in turn, offers a regular rail service to London Kings Cross.

The Old Rectory is well located for access via the B1108, to Norwich and in particular the Hospital, Research Park and University. The A11 dual carriageway (6 miles) gives excellent access to Cambridge and Stansted Airport beyond.

Coston is well-located for the excellent schooling in Norwich, whilst Wymondham College is about 6 miles to the south. There are a number of good primary schools in the area, and Barnham Broom has a pub, primary school and shop, and a popular hotel/golf course/spa.

Directions

From Norwich head south-west on the B1108, and head through Barford. Continue for about 3 miles and turn right on the B1135 signposted Dereham. The roads bends to the left after half a mile, bear right, signposted Coston. Continue on this road for about 1 mile and the drive to the Old Rectory is on the left, directly after St Michael’s church.
