Directions

From Strutt & Parker’s Exeter office, turn right onto Barnfield Road and then left onto Western Way (B3212). At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto Heavitree Road (B3183) and stay on B3183 for 2.1 miles. At Middlemoor Roundabout take the 1st exit onto Sidmouth Road and after 0.9 mile at the roundabout take the 2nd exit to stay on Sidmouth Road (A376). Follow A376 for 0.5 mile then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto A3052. Turn left onto Bishops Clyst and continue as far as the primary school on your left. 3 Craigs Cottages is on the right (opposite the school) set back from the road accessed via a short footpath marked “Craigs Cottages”.
