The Old Rectory is a handsome Cotswold stone family house. The present owners have spent a great deal of time and care restoring and refurbishing the main house and the coach house to an exceptionally high standard whilst retaining many original features. Arranged on three floors, the house provides excellent, well-proportioned accommodation with high ceilinged rooms. Standing in a commanding position, the house is privately set within its own delightful gardens and grounds and approached through a pair of remotely operated electric gates onto a large gravelled drive. To the side of the house there is a 2-bedroom Coach House providing versatile ancillary accommodation.

The ground floor offers generous and elegant reception rooms comprising an entrance hall with a large staircase rising to the first floor landing. An impressive drawing room, sitting room and dining room all provide great entertaining and family space. The kitchen/ breakfast room, with a four oven Oil fired Aga is a superb space for relaxed family living. There is an office, boot room, utility room, cloakroom, cellar and great walk-in pantry all located on the ground floor.

On the first floor a wide landing leads to an impressive master bedroom suite with stunning views over the gardens and a large stylish en-suite shower room. A further three double bedrooms lead off the landing as well as a family bathroom. On the second floor, and accessed via the secondary staircase, there are a further two double bedrooms, dressing room and generous shower room. A roof terrace is accessible from the second floor with far reaching views.

The coach house is situated to the rear of the main house retaining its own privacy. It comprises a large open plan sitting room and a contemporary bespoke kitchen. From the sitting room a stair case rises to the first floor landing leading to two large double bedrooms and a stylish shower room.

Numerous doors from the main house lead directly out to a number of terraces and formal lawned areas. Wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring farmland can be enjoyed from almost every aspect of the garden.
