The property is full of character and there are many original features such as timber beams and fireplaces. Off the dining room is the galley kitchen which can also be accesed by the back door. The staircase leads up to two double bedrooms, a third bedroom/study and a family bathroom.
The garden lies mainly to the side of the house, accessed through a gateway which leads to a beautiful and secluded rose garden. The lawn is edged with flower borders and mature yew hedges, with rose beds in the centre. There are three useful garden stores adjoining the house. The property is approached off the village lane through a wooden 5-bar gate across a gravel driveway. There is a detached brick and timber garage with a large loft space above. Fiddlers Well is part of an old farmyard and shares the driveway with the neighbouring property.
