The front door leads into a welcoming reception hall, flanked either side with well-proportioned reception rooms, including the breakfast room, sitting room, dining room and study. The cosy sitting room has doors through to both the breakfast room and kitchen and provides an ideal spot to relax by the log burning stove. There are also double French doors into the garden.

The kitchen is of a charming traditional country style, with an Rayburn, double Belfast sink and a central island, whilst the adjoining breakfast room offers a pleasing space in which to enjoy casual meals, with its feature fireplace and front facing aspect, enjoying open countryside views.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room and pantry leading to the ground floor WC. There is also a porch with a practical boot space. A door leads to the studio, which offers a broad range of potential uses. The sizeable formal dining room has both wonderful views to the front and bi-folding doors to the generous study, which itself has double French doors out to the garden.

To the first floor there are three double bedrooms, all with good proportions and delightful views. One having an en-suite bathroom and another having a dressing room. The beautiful panelled bathroom serves these rooms and has a freestanding roll top bath, shower and storage cupboards. The second floor houses two further bedrooms, one having a bespoke high level bed with storage cupboards beneath and both benefitting from the family shower room.

The adjoining self-contained annexe offers fantastic additional accommodation and can also be accessed, if needed, via a door in the study. It provides a sitting room, kitchen with dining area and double bedroom with an en suite shower room to the first floor.
