Directions

From Chelmsford, take the A1016 away from the city centre and head north on Essex Regiment Way (A130). Go straight ahead at five roundabouts, and then take the third exit onto Braintree Road (A131). Stay on the A131 through six roundabouts, and then turn onto the A120, towards Halstead and Freeport Designer Village. Take the second exit at the roundabout to stay on the A120, and at the next roundabout, re-join the A131. Follow the A131 through one roundabout, and at High Garrett, turn left at the traffic lights onto the A1017 (Braintree Road). Continue for seven and a half miles, through Gosfield and Sible Hedingham, and turn left onto Toppesfield Road just after passing The White Hart pub. After a mile and a half, turn left onto Gainsford End Road, and you will find the property immediately on you right-hand side.
