Situated on the west side of the main road, opposite Achnaha, the land comprises 16.39 acres of grass leys, 15.87 acres of permanent pasture, 22.80 acres rough grazing, 2.39 acres woods and 18.22 acres miscellaneous/foreshore ground. The land can be accessed either through field gates directly off the main road or via a farm track, near the northern boundary. The fields of pasture are bounded by fences and dry stone walls. Each has a water supply for livestock. The land is extremely attractive and includes numerous sandy and pebble beaches and coves, with wildflower meadows above.

Situated in a bowl to the south end of the coastal fields is an area which has been identified as a potential building plot (subject to the necessary planning consent). Outline planning permission has been submitted to the Argyll & Bute Planning Authority. For further details, please speak to the selling agents.

Part of the foreshore at the western boundary of Lot 3 is designated as the Glencardoch Point Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
