Directions

From Exeter, continue onto the A30 towards Cornwall. Continue for a mile and a half and then keep right to merge onto the A38 Devon Expressway. After three and a half miles, turn left, following the sign for Exeter Racecourse, and then at the roundabout, take the second exit, followed by the second left to re-join the A38 heading back towards Exeter. Filter off to the left immediately, and then after just less than a mile, you will find an entrance to a driveway on your left-hand side. Turn sharply left down the drive, and you will find the property on your right-hand side.
