Directions

From Exeter, follow the A30 in the direction of Okehampton/Torrington/A386. Follow the A30 for approximately 25 miles until the A386 slip road to Tavistock/Plymouth/Bideford. Take the slip road and turn right to join the A386. Proceed along the A386 until the roundabout. Take the first exit to join the A3079. Continue for approximately 9 miles, into Halwill Junction, and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout to stay on the A3079. After approximately 2.5 miles, take a left turning immediately after a layby, signposted for Ashwater. Go straight ahead, turning right in about half a mile, signposted towards Hollacombe/Holsworthy. Continue for approximately 200 metres, and the driveway for Tredown House is located on the left hand side.
