Situation

The property is located in the small village of Horton, surrounded by beautiful countryside on the edge of the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are several local amenities in the nearby village of Three Legged Cross, including a post office and several shops, while Wimborne Minster is five miles to the south, with its range of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés and other amenities. The larger town of Bournemouth and the city of Salisbury are both easily accessible by road, providing a wealth of amenities and leisure facilities. There are a variety of schools both state and private in the local area.

Directions

From Salisbury, take the A354 south for 11 and a half miles, and arriving at a roundabout, take the first exit signposted for Ringwood, onto the B3081. After three and a half miles turn left to stay on the B3081, following the sign for Ringwood and Wimborne and at the next junction, turn right onto the B3078. Continue on the B3078 for three miles before turning left opposite the Horton Inn. Continue for a mile, and you will find the property on your righthand side.
