The property is presented in very good order throughout and is full of character boasting many period features. The attractive kitchen is fitted with a row of painted wooden cabinets with smart granite worktops and a butler's sink, and there is a 2-door Aga and attractive tiled floor. The kitchen leads through to the charming sitting room with a lovely bay window overlooking the terrace and garden. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, both with windows looking out over the garden and field beyond. The smart modern bathroom is situated on the ground floor off a small corridor, just beyond the sitting room.

Outside The property is approached from the village lane onto a gravel driveway with parking for two cars, with a garage beyond. A path leads through the south-facing garden to the paved terrace surrounding the house, and to the front door. The beautiful cottage style gardens surround the property on three sides and create a peaceful and secluded environment, with different seating areas arranged to capture the sun at various times of the day. The garden is well stocked with numerous mature shrubs, colourful flower borders, box balls and mature hedges and trees. There are wonderful open views across the neighbouring farmland.
