Portsmouth and all its Naval History is just 8 miles away and offers good shopping facilities as does Southampton, which is a distance of 27 miles.

Directions

From the Fishbourne roundabout to the southwest of Chichester, take the A27 westwards. After about 7.8 miles, take the slip road left to A259 and Emsworth. After 0.2 miles, take the 1st turn off the roundabout onto A259 (Havant Road). Continue for 1.2 miles into Emsworth and take the 3rd turn off the roundabout onto the High Street. Continue through the town and then take the right hand turn into King Street. Follow King Street for a short distance and the property will be found on the corner (beside The Fishermans).
