The ground floor comprises: kitchen, snug, WC, office, dining room and sitting room.

The first floor comprises: two en-suite bedrooms and a third bedroom with WC and bath.

The second story is in need of refurbishment with four rooms which could be used as bedrooms or bathrooms.

Externally the property benefits from excellent views, a large garden and extensive parking. There is also a 130ft x 65ft outdoor manège.

Goat milking

The goat milking enterprise was started in 2002 and consists of 800 milking nannies which form part of a carefully bred pedigree herd of British Saanen, Toggenburg, Alpines and Anglo Nubians. The goats are milked through a 36 x 36 rapid exit Westfalia parlour with an electronic identification system and are housed in the buildings either side of the parlour. This continues to be an excellent business and employs a number of full time staff. The full time staff do not fall under the TUPE regulations. Further financial information is available from the vendor’s agent.

The land lies to the south of the farmyard and comprises a number of arable and pasture fields.

There is a highly successful, multi-award-winning glamping business on the farm, known as The Dandelion Hideaway. This consists of six luxury self-catering canvas cottages. There are five cottages which comprise: three bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge and outdoor veranda. There is a sixth cottage which has one bedroom with a en-suite bathroom, kitchen and lounge as well as additional accommodation in a treehouse and a private wood fired hot tub. Servicing these cottages is mains water, gas, solar lighting, wood burning stoves/ovens and an onsite farm shop for everyday amenities. There is also a relaxation room available for spa treatments which generates additional income.

In 2017 the business won the highly acclaimed Glamping Business of the Year awarded by Visit England. The business also boasts an exemplary Trip Advisor rating which resulted in being awarded “The Hall of Fame” in 2018. This business provides significant financial income and considerable forward bookings have been taken for the 2020 season with multiple repeat customers.
