After five and a half miles, exit the A120, following the sign for Clacton, and merge onto the A133. After just over two miles, turn left onto Crown Lane, and after a further mile and a quarter, turn right onto The Street (B1035). Turn left after a mile and a half onto Swan Road, and after a further three quarters of a mile, you will find Lucas’s Lane on your left-hand side. You will find the property on your right-hand side.
