Directions

From Exeter's Middlemoor roundabout, take the first exit onto Sidmouth Road and after approximately 0.9 miles, at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit to stay on Sidmouth Road. Proceed for 2 miles then at the roundabout take the first exit onto B3179. After approximately 2.8 miles turn right, then after approximately 0.7 miles, turn right onto the B3180. After a further 0.8 miles, bear right onto Hulham Road then turn left onto Marley Drive where Beechcroft can be found on the left hand side.
