From Canterbury take the A28 (Ashford Road) via Wincheap, at Chilham where road divides for A28 to Ashford (to the left) bear right on to A252, turn left on to Bagham Road. Continue on to Hambrook Lane, turn left on to Mountain Street, proceed to the end of Mountain Street (approx. 1 mile, Chilham Castle Grounds on your right) turn left on to the track/drive, through the 5-bar gate, take the first left to Hurst Farmhouse.
