A three-bedroom family home with plenty of potential for redevelopment, in the sought-after village of Kemsing

45 Noah’s Ark is a semi-detached three-bedroom family home, located on the edge of the desirable village of Kemsing near Sevenoaks. The property requires some modernisation, but represents a superb opportunity to acquire a property in this sought-after location, which is popular with commuters.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, 21ft reception room with a double aspect and a gas fireplace, plus space for a dining table. The kitchen provides storage space in units to base and wall level, while there is also a separate utility room and walk-in larder.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, two of which have fitted storage, while the master bedroom has been fitted with a lift, connecting to the reception room downstairs. The master bedroom overlooks fields and a pretty duck pond to the front. There is a shower room to the first floor, while the ground floor has a cloakroom.

Outside

To the front of the property there is a paved driveway, with parking space for several vehicles and access to the garage, which is set back from the house, to the side. The gardens at the rear are mostly paved, with several flowerbeds and a storage shed, bordered and enclosed by established hedgerow.
