--- VIRTUAL TOUR AVAILABLE ON REQUEST --- An immaculately presented, spacious and well extended edge of village detached family homebacking on to open fields.

2 Norlington Fields is a very surprising house with relaxing feel from the moment you step over the front door. Its bright, generous and easy flowing accommodation is beautiful presented throughout and the seamless extension adds even more to the mix creating a very large kitchen/family/dining room which is so popular in todays market.

The ground floor rooms are harmonised with engineered oak flooring, the spacious entrance hall has fully glazed front door allowing the light to flood in. The cloakroom/shower room is cleverly designed to double as the en-suite to the ground floor double bedroom with plenty of built in wardrobes. The sitting room has a wood burning stove and enjoys a dual aspect with outlook over the rear garden and fields beyond. The kitchen/family/dining room has windows on three sides and the spacious kitchen area enjoys a beautiful bespoke, shaker style quality fitted kitchen with extensive marble work surfaces.

On the first floor you will find the remaining three of the four double bedrooms, the master suite having a triple bank of built in wardrobe cupboards and a generous en suite shower room, the other bedrooms again have built in wardrobes with hanging space. The family bathroom is again fitted with bespoke units adding to the plethora of storage space this house has to offer and the white suite combines the bath with shower over, fitted sink and wc. The landing has built in airing cupboard and loft hatch to the roof space.

Outside

There is a long block paved driveway leading to the side of the house widening to a double width and leading to the detached double garage with light and power and there is a side access gate leading to the rear garden. The rear garden is of a generous size and landscaped and planted providing a beautiful back drop to the house. There is a paved patio with circular seating area adjacent to the rear of the house which leads down to the garden with its western aspect and being mainly lawn with well established planting and trees. To the end of the garden is a picturesque pond and a low hedge allowing views over the fields to the rear and there is a summer house and large timber shed currently used as an avery.
