Beautifully refurbished, Grade II Listed townhouse adjoining Windsor Castle

A charming Grade II listed town house situated in one of Windsor’s premier roads, only metres from the Long Walk, Windsor Castle and the Royal Mews.

The house, beautifully refurbished in 2020 by the present owners, has been stylishly dressed and has not been lived in, therefore providing brand new living space. A blend of traditional and modern features has resulted in an exceptional home that is equally suited to both family living and entertaining. On the ground floor, the accommodation is arranged to provide three reception rooms: a front aspect sitting room with a feature fireplace, a dining room and a snug. The comprehensively fitted kitchen adjoins the dining room, perfect for entertaining. There is also a utility room, fitted with units to echo the style of the kitchen and benefiting from direct outside access, and a cloakroom.

Situated on the first floor is the master bedroom with a feature fireplace, a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath and separate shower, along with a second bedroom with an en suite bathroom and boasting a glazed seating area overlooking the rear garden. A third bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and feature fireplace, is located on the second floor.

Outside

To the rear, the terraced garden has been designed to provide low maintenance leisure and relaxation space, featuring a paved terrace, level lawn and a raised bed containing two pleached beech trees.
