From Junction 5 of the M25 take the A21 turn off and proceed onto the A25 heading east through the traffic lights, After passing through Seal, continue up the hill and take the 2nd left signposted Heaverham and Kemsing. Continue through Heaverham turning right just after Cowdleham House into Cotmans Ash Lane, at the top turn right and the entrance of Downlands is the 2nd driveway on the left hand side.
