There are a good selection of state and private schools for all ages in Winchester with bus services from the village to Princes Mead, Peter Symonds Sixth Form College, King Edwards and The Greggs in Southampton.

There is a mainline railway station in neighbouring Shawford with a direct service to London Waterloo. The Cathedral City of Winchester lies just to the north and offers more comprehensive amenities including an excellent range of shops, cultural and recreational facilities, together with its mainline railway station.

To the south of Winchester lies the M3 motorway (Junction 11), providing excellent communications to all parts of the country, including the South Coast, London and the Midlands. Southampton International Airport lies just to the south at Eastleigh.


From the M3 southbound, leave at Junction 11 for Twyford and turn left at the bottom of the slip road (B3335). Continue along this road into the centre of Twyford and at the crossroads turn left onto Hazeley Road and second right onto Roman Road. Continue along this road and where the property will be found on the right hand side.
