The area is well served by road, with the A3052 connecting to the M5 12 miles to the west. Exeter, the most thriving city in the southwest, is 15 miles away, offering first class amenities and facilities.


From Exeter city centre, take Heavitree Road (B3183) east towards the M5. After just less than two miles, fork to the right to stay on the B3183 (Sidmouth Road), following the sign for Exmouth and Sidmouth. At the traffic lights at Middlemoor, head straight on and then take the first exit at the roundabout, to continue on Sidmouth Road. At the next roundabout, take the third exit, and then, at the roundabout for the M5, take the second exit onto the A376. Take the second exit at the following roundabout, to join the A3052 and continue to follow the A3052 for 12 miles, before turning right, following the sign for Salcombe Regis. After half a mile, take a left turn, and then take another left after a further quarter of a mile. The entrance to the property will be on your left hand side.
