Double wooden gates lead to a charming gravel courtyard providing parking for several cars. To one side of the courtyard is the detached double garage. The garden to the front of the house includes a seating area, lawn, a picturesque pond, a timber garden store and log store. Immediately to the rear of the house there is a wide paved seating area, from which steps lead up to a wide path bordered by beautifully planted white flower borders. To one end of the path there is a greenhouse, from which a vine clad walkway leads around the garden to the lawn. From the lawn there is a lovely view over the property to the unspoilt valley beyond.
Located on the opposite side of the lane are the property's four deer fenced paddocks, within which there is a stable block with two loose boxes, a small barn providing a tack room and store, a mobile field shelter, small orchard and a fruit cage. A small stream forms part of the south-western boundary. About 3.75 acres.
