From the breakfast area, double doors lead out onto a good size conservatory which in turn has double doors out into the garden.

On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms, the master of which includes a fabulous en suite bathroom with a large dresser style vanity unit with wash hand basin, an oval freestanding bath and a low level WC.

From the landing a staircase leads to the second floor, where there is another double bedroom with velux windows and under eaves storage cupboards.
