2 The Old Fire Station is a contemporary residence providing flexible accommodation, cleverly designed to maximise views over the surrounding Dartmoor landscape. The raised ground floor accommodation is accessed from a welcoming entrance hall and briefly comprises an extensive open plan kitchen/breakfast/sitting room with lovely views, together with a playroom. The triple aspect kitchen/breakfast room features a range of freestanding units, French doors to the rear terrace and space for a breakfast table, while the dual aspect sitting room has French doors to a raised terrace which has fabulous views towards Dartmoor.

The larger room has patio doors leading to a decked garden terrace and an adjacent kitchen/utility room.
The first floor accommodation comprises a spacious front aspect master bedroom with a contemporary en suite shower room, two further well-proportioned bedrooms and a good size modern family bathroom. 2 The Old Fire Station is approached over a shared driveway providing private parking and giving access to the integral double garage and to the workshop/store beneath the raised terrace. The enclosed garden to the side and rear is terraced to provide decked terraces to two levels, ideal for entertaining and al fresco dining, with a raised area of level lawn.
