A detached 4 bedroom house and attached annexe with wonderful views in an accessible location

Stone Farm House is a spacious four bedroom family home with superb, far-reaching views of the Exe Valley. On the ground floor there are three reception rooms within the main part of the house: a spacious dining room, a conservatory with lovely views of the gardens and a double aspect living room with a Woodwarm wood burner and a window seat. The kitchen/breakfast room is to the rear of the house, looking out to the gardens and the views, with an electric Rayburn, electric hob, integrated dishwasher and an electric Bosch oven. A shower room is also on the ground floor.

An attached annexe, with a separate entrance, provides additional accommodation on the ground floor. Within the annexe is a double aspect sitting room with French doors leading out to the gardens, an office/bedroom 5 with attractive full-height bookshelves and an en suite shower room, plus a kitchen. The annexe offers fantastic potential for income, or could be used as a flexible living space for additional family members.

On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, each with large fitted wardrobes and lovely views, and a single bedroom. The double aspect master bedroom, in particular, enjoys superb views of the surrounding landscape. A family bathroom completes the first floor.

A large, boarded loft is above, providing ample storage space.

This property has 0.7 acres of land.

Stone Farm House has a double garage with parking in front for two cars. A pretty pergola, with established roses growing on it, lines the pathway to the front door. The gently sloping gardens at Stone Farm House extend to approximately 0.7 acres and lovely views can be enjoyed from most aspects of the garden. A pretty stream runs through the garden, providing the pleasant sound of natural running water, with a number of ornamental bridges across it. There is a wide variety of shrubs and trees within the gardens, as well as a vegetable garden and a pretty pond. Also within the gardens is a double kennel and a number of storage sheds with electricity connected.

Stone Farm House is located approximately 2.5 miles from the popular village of Thorverton, in a peaceful rural position.
