From Exeter city centre, take Western Way and at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Old Tiverton Road. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Stoke Hill. Continue through the village of Stoke Cannon, following the A396 and turn left at the signpost for Thorverton just before The Ruffwell Inn. Drive into the village and past The Thorverton Arms on your left. Pass the Exeter Inn on your left, and the property will be in front of you in an elevated position, as the road forks to the left.
