Situation

The village has a local pub and a primary school, while Kingswood (a mile away) has several everyday amenities, including a post office.

Further facilities are easily accessible in Headcorn (3.7 miles), including shops, supermarkets, pubs and cafés, a primary school and a mainline station (from 70 minutes to London Charing Cross/Cannon Street and from 81 minutes to London Victoria). Lenham (3.7 miles) offers a similar level of local amenities. The M20 (Junction 8) is just over 4 miles away and provides access to the M25 and London, and towards the Kent coast. The area has good access to the Continent.

Directions

From Canterbury: Take the A28 heading towards Ashford. Keep following the A28 to Chilham, and then continue straight ahead onto the A252. After a further 8.5 miles, in Charing, take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A20/Maidstone Road then after 3.5 miles, in Lenham, turn left onto Faversham Road. After almost 2 miles, turn right onto Lenham Road and then after a further 2 miles, turn left onto Ulcombe Hill. You will find the entrance to the property after approximately half a mile, on your right-hand side.
