Directions

From Exeter, follow the M5 in the direction of Tiverton. At junction 27, take the exit and at the roundabout take the first exit onto the A361. Immediately take the next exit left towards Sampford Peverell/Halberton, and at the roundabout take the first exit. Continue ahead, passing through the village of Sampford Peverell. At Battens Crossroads, take the right hand turning signposted for Uplowman/Huntsham. At the end of this road, turn left onto Higher Town. Follow this road for approximately two miles, passing through Uplowman. Shortly after passing the parish church on your right, fork to the left, following the sign for East Mere and West Mere, and then follow the lane as it turns sharply to the right, to the left and then right again. You will find the entrance to the property on your right-hand side.
