Roselands is located in an accessible rural location near to the village of Uplowman. The village has an active community with local sports and leisure clubs, a village hall, St. Peter’s Church, a Post Office, a Church of England primary school and a popular pub. Further facilities are available in Sampford Peverell, two miles away, which has a good range of day-to-day amenities including a village store with Post Office, farm shop, two pubs, village hall, GP surgery and a popular primary school. The city of Taunton, approximately 17 miles away, has an extensive range of shopping facilities and a thriving farmers’ market. There are also many excellent local producers and artisan farm shops. The nearby M5 provides easy access to Exeter to the south, to Taunton, to the north west and to the national motorway network. Tiverton Parkway station, approximately 3.6 miles away, provides frequent mainline rail connections to Exeter, to London Paddington in two hours, and across the country. Exeter International Airport provides a number of domestic and international flights including daily flights to London City Airport.
