View Farm House is an impressive detached red brick house, with a wealth of attractive accommodation, set in the desirable village of Dry Drayton, just outside Cambridge. The property has been presented to the highest standard throughout, and provides up to six bedrooms, along with flexible living accommodation and beautifully maintained gardens.

At the front of the ground floor there are two well-proportioned reception rooms – the sitting room and reception, both of which have dual aspects and fireplaces, including a large inglenook fireplace in the sitting room, fitted with a woodburning stove. Both rooms are comfortable, welcoming living and entertaining spaces, while there is also a sunny conservatory and a study. The 31ft kitchen and dining room is the heart of the home, with its French doors opening onto the south-facing rear gardens, its attractive grey fitted units, including an island, and its range cooker.

There are three double bedrooms on the first floor, including the generous master, plus two bathrooms and a smaller room, which could be used either as a single bedroom, an office or a playroom. On the second floor there are a further two double bedrooms.

Outside

To the front of the property there is a wellpresented garden, which is mostly laid to lawn, with immaculate hedging and shrubs. A gravel driveway to the side provides plenty of parking space. At the rear there are splendid southfacing gardens, with a large and sunny terrace area, elegant box hedging, established shrubs, flowerbeds and an area of lawn, with a shed and a treehouse at the end of the garden.
