An appealing brick and flint, detached property, with four bedrooms, situated in the idyllic rural setting of the South Downs National Park.

Turner House offers spacious, flexible accommodation with beautifully presented contemporary interiors, ideally suited to family living.

The welcoming entrance hallway has wooden flooring and gives access to the ground floor accommodation. This comprises a large reception room with doors to the garden and a feature fireplace, a dining room which opens into a bright conservatory and a stylishly fitted modern kitchen and adjacent utility room with door to the exterior. A sitting/family room and cloakroom complete the accommodation at ground level, with a courtesy door to enter the garage.

The first floor offers four generous bedrooms and a superbly fitted family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have smart en-suite shower rooms and one has the benefit of a dressing room.

Turner House is approached via a gravel driveway leading to the attached garage and providing plenty of off-road parking for a number of vehicles.

Paving abuts the rear of the property and the grounds are laid mainly to lawn, bordered by hedging and post and rail fencing, with mature trees and a lovely open aspect across nearby fields. There is plenty of space for outside dining and relaxation.

West Marden is a pretty village, lying in the midst of the South Downs National Park to the north west of Chichester. The village has a local pub as does the village of Compton a little further afield, which also has a popular tea shop.

West Marden is surrounded by some of the best countryside the county has to offer yet is within convenient distance of the excellent amenities of both Chichester and Portsmouth.

The Cathedral City of Chichester has a vibrant city centre with a wide choice of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. The arts are well represented with the Pallant House Gallery having one of the most extensive art collections in the south of England. Chichester also is home to the internationally renowned Festival Theatre.

Nearby Goodwood offers a motor circuit, horseracing course, airfield and golf, as well as a Health Club and hotel.

Main line stations are at Rowlands Castle and Petersfield which provide regular services to London Waterloo.

Take the B2178 towards Funtington at the gyratory junction at the north of Chichester. On reaching Funtington take the right hand turn just past the Fox and Hounds pub and continue along the B2146 to the T-junction. Turn right sign-posted West Marden and continue to follow this road through Walderton onwards to reach the village of West Marden where the property will be found on the left-hand side.
