10 White Court is a beautifully presented, terraced village house forming part of a select residential complex. The house provides particularly light and spacious accommodation which is arranged over three floors. The kitchen/breakfast room is well-proportioned and is fitted with an extensive range of units incorporating an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge. The room has ample space for a large breakfast table and benefits from views over the roof tops towards the South Downs. Glazed doors give direct access to the property's part walled courtyard garden. A dining room/bedroom 4, utility room and cloakroom complete the accommodation on the ground floor.

The first floor drawing room is well-proportioned and features a wide bay window and a fireplace which is currently fitted with a coal-effect gas fire. From this room there are superb views. Two bedrooms and a shower room are also located on the first floor. The second floor provides a large principal bedroom, again with superb views, built-in wardrobe and a walk-in wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a newly fitted white suite and a large loft storage area. The property has been redecorated and had new carpets fitted throughout.

Service Charge There is an annual charge for the maintenance of the communal gardens and grounds. We are advised that the annual charge for 2019/2020 is £700.

Glazed doors from the kitchen/breakfast room give access to a charming, part walled courtyard garden which is paved and also has some lovely views over the roof tops to the South Downs. Climbing one wall is a mature rose. At the end of the garden a wrought iron gate leads through the garden wall to the communal park-like grounds which are laid to sweeping expanses of lawn, interspersed with various mature trees together with four well-stocked beds intersected by paths. To the far end of the grounds there are two all-weather communal tennis courts.

To the front of the property there is an extensive gravel drive which is bordered on one side by a garage block with a clock tower. Located within this block is the property's garage which has an electrically operated up-and-over door and provides an area of storage to one side.

10 White Court lies in a peaceful and highly sought after position in the picturesque and historic Downland village of Alfriston. The village centre offers a good range of shops and facilities for everyday needs including a general store, primary school, doctor's surgery, church, and a number of restaurants and public houses. The surrounding South Downs National Park and the Cuckmere Valley provide many miles of spectacular walking and riding country. There is a mainline train service to London from Berwick Station which is about 2.5 miles to the north.

Lewes is about 9.5 miles, and offers a good range of shops and facilities, together with a mainline train station (Victoria/London Bridge about 68 minutes). Eastbourne is about 9 miles.

Proceeding along Alfriston High Street, immediately after passing the Star Inn on the right, turn right into Star Lane. Continue for a short distance and at the next junction continue straight over in King's Ride. Proceed up King's Ride and the shared entrance drive leading to the property is the fifth driveway on the left.
