25 Wyvern Place is a delightful 3-bedroom semi-detached property, which has been immaculately maintained and has netural decor throughout. The kitchen leads off to the left of the hallway and is well appointed with base and eye level cabinetry, a cooker with gas hob and extractor and space for an undercounter appliance. At the back of the house is a large bright reception room which has French doors leading out the patio and garden. There is also a cloakroom and large storage cupboard on the ground floor. On the first floor, the three bedrooms can be found. The principal bedroom has a built-in wardrobe with an en suite shower room, while bedroom 2 has a large cupboard for storage. There is also a family bathroom.
The property sits in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the village of Warnham, and overlooks a very pretty pond to the front with post and rail fencing surrounding it. The house comes with a car parking space to the front, garage in block to the right of the property, and there is a delightful walled garden at the back. A small shed sits at the far end for storage and there is a side gate for pedestrian access.
The property is located in the village of Warnham and approximately 3 miles from the market town of Horsham. There are a variety of amenities in the local villages including a large supermarket and leisure centre in Broadbridge Heath, and a traditional Butchers, village store and two pubs in Warnham. Horsham offers a wider range of shops, restaurants and amenities, with both Horsham and Warnham benefiting from mainline train services to London (in about 55 minutes and 75 minutes respectively). The nearby A24 and M23 also provide access to London, Gatwick and the south coast. The surrounding countryside offers plenty of picturesque walks with Warnham Nature Reserve and Warnham Deer Park close by (about 1-mile distance). Surrounding recreational facilities include a number of golf courses and racing at Brighton, Fontwell and Goodwood. There are also a number of good schools in the area including Warnham CE Primary School, Farlington, Tanbridge House School, Christs Hospital, Millais Secondary School for Girls and Forest School for Boys.
From Horsham town centre, leave the town on the A281 in a westerley direction and join the A24 heading north. Go straight over the Robin Hood Roundabout and then take the first exit off the Great Daux Roundabout. Continue on this road, still the A24 and proceed. Take the first turning on the left into Bell Road and proceed to the end. Turn left into Church Street, and continue past St Margaret's Church and then turning to Wyvern Place will be the next one on the left.Read all
