Energy Performance Certificate's (EPCs): Domestic

We provide domestic EPC’s for portfolios of properties.

Our Energy Team provide domestic EPC’s for portfolios of properties.

EPC’s will become more important as they are the determining factor for the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES) which come into effect in April 2018. From 2018 all new lettings and lease renewals will require a residential property to have an E grade or better, those with an F or G grade will require improvement. From 2020 these standards apply to all let domestic property.

We focus on ensuring that the EPCs we provide for our clients are high quality so that they enhance building value and rental income to ensure they given an accurate reflection of the building.

In particular our positive EPC service can help you manage your EPCs and prepare for the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standard (MEES) coming into effect in April 2018

EPC’s will therefore become an important asset management tool for your let residential property. We can help you understand the EPC’s across your let residential portfolio and how this will affect your property management plans.
