Every year, we hand-pick a number of graduates who we believe have the ambition and talent to play a key part in the future of our firm.
Strutt & Parker offers the complete property service. We have specialists in everything from farms, office buildings and shopping centres to country estates and homes.
This breadth of expertise has earned us the trust and loyalty of clients from all corners of the property world. It also means that we can offer a huge variety of challenges to ambitious and talented graduates. Apply to join our Graduate Programme and you will quickly discover just where a career with Strutt & Parker could take you.
When you join us you will be enrolled in our Graduate Programme as a Graduate Surveyor. Strutt & Parker has an RICS-approved Structured Training Agreement and all of our training is aimed at ensuring you pass your APC at the earliest opportunity.
We will provide full support to help you achieve the RICS membership, including making sure you gain varied on-the-job experience and running a range of specialist training days. These will cover your chosen competencies and include preparation for your final assessment. Two years later, when you have completed the mix of practical and academic training, you will be well placed to add the letters MRICS or MRTPI after your name.
