Banchory
The Strutt & Parker Banchory office sells and rents a variety of property in the North-East of Scotland (including Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Morayshire and Banffshire), Angus and Perthshire. Aside from residential sales they are also responsible for the sale of commercial buildings, residential farms and farmland. The estate agency team is joined by a land management department who provide clients with a strategic business and management service for their estates. The Banchory office also houses the Scottish client accounting and taxation team, who offer a one-stop shop for all aspects of financial management.
