The Strutt & Parker Banchory office sells and rents a variety of property in the North-East of Scotland (including Aberdeenshire, Aberdeen City, Morayshire and Banffshire), Angus and Perthshire. Aside from residential sales they are also responsible for the sale of commercial buildings, residential farms and farmland. Our Banchory estate agency team is joined by a land management department who provide clients with a strategic business and management service for their estates. The office also houses the Scottish client accounting and taxation team, who offer a one-stop shop for all aspects of financial management.

From Aberdeen Take the A93 westbound towards Peterculter, Banchory and Ballater. Upon entering Banchory, Strutt & Parker can be found on the left-hand side of the main road opposite the East Church (A93, Station Road).
From the South Follow the A90 northbound. After by-passing Brechin, leave the A90 to join the B966 towards Fettercain. From Fettercain, take the B974 towards Banchory. Continue through Strachan and up to the junction with the A93. Turn right onto the High Street and head east towards Aberdeen for half a mile. Strutt & Parker is located on the right-hand side opposite the East Church.
