We cover the whole of the West Country from this office, covering Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and parts of Dorset. We are a multi-disciplined office, covering residential property sales and land management across these areas. With specialist Exeter City sales, Waterside sales and Farms & Estate sale departments we are one of the largest sales teams in the South West which are able to offer bespoke advice. Our Country House team sells some of the largest houses in our area.
Follow the A38 northbound towards Exeter. Leave the A38 at the junction just prior to joining the M5, and join the A30 for Exeter. Leave the A30 at the next junction and join the A377. After crossing the River Exe at Exe Bridges, take the B3212, Western Way. After passing the City Wall, traffic lights and Southgate Hotel, take the first left and continue on the one-way system. We are on Southernhay West.
Follow the M5 southbound. Leave the M5 at junction 29, signposted Honiton A30 (east) and Exeter Airport. Having left the motorway, take the A3015 towards Exeter. Follow signs to the City Centre and at the second roundabout take the second exit, signposted City Centre. After about 1 mile follow a sign to the Civic Centre. Continue over the next set of traffic lights and for about a further third of a mile down the hill to a roundabout. Take the first exit, signposted towards Plymouth, Torquay and the Cathedral. Continue for 200 yards and at the traffic lights turn right into Barnfield Road. Continue for 100 yards and Strutt & Parker's office will be seen immediately ahead on the left, opposite Debenhams.
The closest station is Exeter Central. Exeter St. David's, Exeter St. Thomas and St. James' Park stations are all less than a mile from our office. For train times call 08457 484950.
