Strutt & Parker expands London planning team

Strutt & Parker has appointed Dominic O’ Loghlen as an associate planner in its London planning team.

A charted town planner, O’ Loghlen has joined Strutt & Parker from Savills where he spent three years in their central London planning team, prior to this he worked at ESA Planning.

He has an established track record of working in large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver commercial and residential development across London, with a particular focus on Westminster, Camden and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Strutt & Parker’s London planning team was set up by David Phillips in May to work with its national development and planning, London residential development and investment and commercial teams to assist clients in accessing commercial, residential and mixed-use development opportunities across Greater London.

The expansion of the London planning team forms part of Strutt & Parker’s plans to expand its planning services. Planning Policy Consultant Derek Stebbing also recently joined the business assist its national development and planning team in delivering much needed development within an evolving planning framework. Strutt & Parker’s planning network now comprises eight planning teams, with a total of 50 planners.
