Directions: From Inverness take the A9 north to the Tore roundabout, taking the turn off to Ullapool. From Ullapool head north following the signs for the North Coast 500. Turn left at the Ledmore junction and right at the Skiag junction onto the A894 to Laxford Bridge. From there head north for 5 miles and turn left 300 yards before Rhiconich Hotel at the road sign posted Achlyness. Carry on along to the end of this road and Rhivichie is reached. Please note the more direct route via Lairg is temporarily closed due to road works.
