Outline planning was granted on 16th October 2014 planning references 14/01733/OUT and 16/02589/REM for a separate driveway, passed 2nd November 2016.

The desirable village of Lower Quinton lies approximately seven miles to the South of Stratford upon Avon off the B4632 in a largely rural area. The village is by passed by the B4632 and is situated on an East side of the B4632.
