Positioned in the heart of the village of Honington, which is within easy reach of Bury St Edmunds, The Willow is a beautifully presented family home offering flexible and spacious accommodation throughout. The Willow benefits from plenty of natural light and an open-plan design to the ground floor giving it a modern feel, ideal for 21st Century family life; wooden flooring throughout the ground floor complements the contemporary feel to the property.

The entrance leads through into the breakfast room; a welcoming and social space, with room for a large table and chairs forming the heart of the house and acting as the connection between the majority of the ground floor accommodation. To the right, an arch leads through into the kitchen, with fitted wall and base units, pantry cupboard and in-built appliances. Through the kitchen is space for a more formal dining room or additional reception room, with sliding doors to outside. To the left of the breakfast room is a dual-aspect sitting room, offering plenty of space for entertaining. To the rear of the property is a useful study with double doors leading out to a sunny garden room; a double bedroom with a connecting room, which could be utilised as a dressing room, and an en suite shower room which together form a guest suite. A utility room completes the downstairs accommodation.

To the first floor, there are two further bedrooms, the prinicpal bedroom having an en suite shower room and a further bedroom which benefits from a bathroom accessed via a room currently used as a study. This space, however, could be a dressing room, creating a prinicpal suite instead.

Annexe Situated to the rear of the plot is a separate one bedroom annexe. Well-presented throughout, the property offers ancilliary accomodation and comprises an open-plan kitchen/sitting room, double bedroom and shower room and a small utility. The annexe offers versatile space, either as additional accommodation for multi-generational living or as potential income as a rental property, subject to the necessary consents. There is lockable storage shed built on to the end of the annexe.

An area of terrace to the rear of the property provides plenty of space for al fresco dining and entertaining, whilst a covered pergoda adjoins the house, giving sheltered space in which to enjoy the garden.
