Tenant Charges

After an offer is accepted by the Landlord, which is subject to contract and acceptable references, a holding deposit equivalent to one weeks rent will be payable. This sum may be deducted from the total monies due prior to move in.

A deposit, between 5 or 6 weeks of the agreed rent is required. Any rent advertised is pure rent and does not include any additional services such as council tax, water or utility charges.
