Strutt & Parker very much hope that as many people as possible will come and support one of their employees, Ben Winson, in a charity rugby match that he and his wife, Claire, are organising for MacMillan Cancer Support.
Ben has worked for Strutt & Parker for many years and is suffering from terminal cancer. Rugby has always been one of Ben's greatest passions and he, together with some great friends, have organised a charity match on Saturday 14 November 2015 at Luctonians Rugby Club. The match will be between the Golden Orioles and an invitation XV from Whitchurch Rugby Football Club where Ben used to play for many years. Ben and his wife Claire now live in Kingsland.
The match kicks off at 1.00 pm and will be followed by a silent auction and the bar will be open!
All those at Strutt & Parker very much hope that there will be a great turnout on the day to support not only a great charity but a wonderful man who has given so much to the local community.
