Q4 2025

Strutt & Parker today announces the appointment of Minnie Stainrod as Super Prime Associate in the firm’s national lettings team, working out of the agency’s Knightsbridge office.

Minnie’s new role at Strutt & Parker will see her building on the success of super-prime lettings within London alongside Gabby Gyngell, Senior Associate Director, connecting super-prime lettings teams with clients in the capital and beyond. Outside of London, Minnie will have a particular focus on the agency’s National Country House Department which handles the sale of country properties of £2.5M and over.

Anna Ambrose, National Head of Lettings at Strutt & Parker comments: “Minnie’s hire comes at a pivotal time for Strutt & Parker as we expand the lettings services offered to our clients. Minnie has an excellent track record in prime and super prime markets, and is well versed in connecting clients and properties across differing marketplaces. She brings with her wide-ranging experience and contacts, particularly within the Sports and Media industry.”

Previously, Minnie worked at UK Sotheby’s International Realty as a Lettings Director, where she worked across multiple super-prime lettings markets. Prior to this she held the position of Negotiator in Knight Frank’s Kensington branch.

Commenting on her new role, Minnie Stainrod, Associate at Strutt & Parker says; “In super-prime markets, landlords and homeowners alike are driven to achieve the most from their asset both in the long and medium term. Working alongside both the sales and lettings teams at Strutt & Parker presents an exciting opportunity to assist our clients in looking beyond the immediate; offering alternative solutions provided by the demand for super-prime lettings both within and outside London.”

Minnie has achieved successful rental deals already since joining Strutt & Parker this month, including a property on Cheyne Terrace successfully let with a marketed price of £7,000 per week. The home, which had been unsuccessful in finding a buyer under another agency, is just one example of where a strong rental offer has been secured for a home on the sales market with impressive timing. Another such example can be found in the home counties, negotiated in conjunction with Jordan Sturgess, Senior Associate Director of the firm’s National Country House Department.

Minnie’s appointment follows a series of hires by Strutt & Parker including that of Claire Reynolds as the firm’s UK Head of Sales. The estate agency has seen renewed investment from its shareholder BNP Paribas, and is poised to redefine its brand and position in the industry. This appointment forms part of Strutt & Parker’s strategy of utilising targeted investment to grow the team, expand into new markets, and provide a more bespoke service offering to clients.
