At Strutt & Parker, Louise will lead the established National Estates & Farm Agency team based in London, working alongside a UK-wide network of farmland agents and the firm’s National Country House Department, advising on some of the most significant farm and estate transactions.

The National Estates & Farm Agency team operates on a UK-wide basis specialising in property over £4 million, and acting for both domestic and international buyers and sellers.

Sam Holt, Head of Estates & Farm Agency, Strutt & Parker, comments: “Since I took the helm of Estates & Farms Agency two years ago, our focus has been on building on our capabilities across the UK and ensuring clients receive clear and well-informed advice. Louise is a significant addition to the business. She is experienced in dealing with complex transactions and has in-depth knowledge across different asset classes. Her appointment strengthens our position at the top end of the market and will only further enhance the services we offer.”

Commenting on her new role, Louise Harrison, Head of the National Estates & Farm Agency team, Strutt & Parker, said: “I am excited to be joining Strutt & Parker at an interesting time for the farms and estates market. Demand for high-quality properties remains strong, but transactions increasingly require careful positioning and a clear strategy. Clients are increasingly seeking informed advice that is data-led, grounded in a detailed understanding of the market and buyer behaviour, and supported by clear guidance on changing legislation.

“I’m fortunate to be leading a team that is already highly experienced, alongside a strong network of regional agents, that is well positioned to support clients through these complexities, and one that is recognised for its client-first approach. I’m looking forward to both being part of, and enhancing, the National Estates & Farms team at Strutt & Parker.”

Strutt & Parker’s Estates & Farm Agency team is supported by other departments including an in-house Research team, which produces market-leading analysis of trends in the agricultural land market based on one of the most comprehensive data sets available.
